First Steps

Before you begin to develop your application, we recommend having an overall understanding of CPQD ASR, and access to an installed ASR server. A starting point to obtain this information is the Getting Started.

To develop your application, you must first:

• Deploy your ASR server integration;

• Develop the grammars, if applicable;

• Define the recognition configuration;

• Include the recognition requests in the application flow.

The following sections will provide the needed information to perform these steps.
